LED waterproof luminaire is mainly composed of three parts: power supply, light source and structure, of which the most important part is light source–LED（Light Emitting Diode）,which is a solid state semiconductor device that can convert electric energy into visible light. It can directly convert electricity into light.
The heart of LED is a semiconductor chip. One end of the chip is attached to a bracket, one end is a negative pole, and the other end is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, so that the entire chip is encapsulated by epoxy resin. LED light is a semiconductor material chip of electroluminescence, which is solidified on the bracket with silver glue or white glue, and then connected to the chip and circuit board with silver wire or gold wire. The periphery is sealed with epoxy resin to protect the internal core wire.
The LED waterproof lights produced by our company also have many advantages. The first is energy conservation: the energy consumption of white LED is only 1/10 of that of incandescent lights, 1/4 of that of energy-saving lights, and the second is longevity: the ideal life can reach 50000 hours, which is “once and for all” for ordinary family lighting. The third is environmental protection. There is no harmful substance of mercury. The assembly parts of LED weatherproof lights can be easily disassembled and assembled, and can be recycled by others without being recycled by the manufacturer. Fourthly, LED is completely encapsulated in epoxy resin, which is stronger than bulbs and fluorescent tubes. There is no loose part in the lamp body, which makes the LED not easy to be damaged.
